I had been putting off going for counselling for a few years whilst yo-yoing with anxiety and depression. I knew that unless I dealt with what was causing it I would never be able to be free from it and flourish. I wasn’t really living, I was just existing and dragging myself through each day.
I met Sue and knew that she would be able to help me. Her manner is so full of grace and patience and she is the most non-judgemental person I have ever met! I had total permission to be myself and to speak without censure.
Sue helped me to tune into myself and see what was there. She gently asked perceptive questions and helped me to see patterns of thinking and behaviour that were not helping me. I was able to find more stability in my thinking and not succumb to anxious thoughts and doubts about myself so easily. I now feel happier, more positive and able to pursue what is important to me with courage.
